Registrations must be received by March 9, 2012, to appear in the official registration list distributed to attendees.
All cancellation requests must be received in writing by March 1, 2012. Full Convention Registration cancellations received by that date will receive a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Limited Access Passes are non-refundable but are transferrable. No refunds will be given to no-shows or cancellations received after March 1.
On-line Paper2012 registration is processed through the AF&PA website and requires a user login. Almost all Paper2010 and Paper2011 registrants are registered website users and have user login information.
If you know your login and password: Click the “Register on-line for Paper2012” link above to access the website login screen. Enter your email address, password, and click the blue Login button. You should now be on the first page of the Paper2012 registration form. (directions continued below)
If you do not remember your password: Click the “Register on-line for Paper2012” link above to access the website login screen. Click Forgot Your Password? and enter your email in the Email box. Then click the Retrieve My Password button. If you are a registered website user you will see this message “Password has been sent to your email-ID on record” on the screen. Your password will be emailed to you immediately. If you do not receive this email within a minute, check your spam filter.
After requesting your password, click the word “Back” on the blue bar twice to return to the login screen. Enter your email address, password, and click the blue Login button. You should now be on the first page of the Paper2012 registration form. (directions continued below)
If you do not know if you are a registered website user or need to sign up as a registered website user: Click the “Register on-line for Paper2012” link above to access the website login screen. Click Forgot Your Password?, enter your email in the first box, and click the Retrieve My Password button. If there is a “No user found with this email-ID” message below Retrieve My Password, click Login on the right side of the blue bar above. Select Register Now and complete the Create New Contact form to become a registered website user. After completing this form you will receive an email from membership@afandpa.org requiring verification of your information. You must follow the activation directions in the email to successfully finish your website registration. If you do not receive the verification email within a minute, please check your spam filter.
After completing the website user registration and validation directions in the email, click the Finish button. You will be redirected to the website’s homepage. Under the Paper2012 heading click on “register” to begin Paper2012 registration. Enter your email address, password, and click the blue Login button. You should now be on the first page of the Paper2012 registration form. (directions continued below)
Click the Proceed button at the bottom of the Conference Registration|Process Overview page, then after reviewing the data on each page and entering the appropriate information, click the Next button on each page until you have completed your registration and paid the registration fee. Upon successful completion of your on-line Paper2012 registration you will receive a Transaction Confirmation (receipt) email from events@afandpa.org.

If you start your online registration session then stop or pause for a while, your session may time out and you will need to start the registration process again.
